HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 48 Urging the United States                                                                          
Congress to pass the Crime Victims Fund Preservation Act, was read

Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution                                                             
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
